Medicare B Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers Approves Subcutaneous Immune Globulin to External Infusion Pumps LCD

On June 1, 2006, TriCenturion the Product Safeguard Contractor for the Medicare B Durable Medical Equipment Regional Carriers, (DMERC) approved the addition of Subcutaneous Immune Globulin to the External Infusion Pumps LCD.  Vivaglobin®, the only FDA approved subcutaneous immune globulin product meets the criteria for coverage under the EIP.
