Quality-of-Life Patient Grants
- Only program of its kind offered by a manufacturer and available to
members of the bleeding disorders community.
- Grants awarded to reimburse expenses not otherwise covered by insurance
such as travel, childcare, dental evaluations up to $500.00.
- Grants are given based on financial need.
People can apply for an annual Quality-of-Life Patient Grant for such needs
as:
- Overnight accommodations for outpatient evaluation and/or treatment
- Childcare expenses (while receiving treatment outside the home)
- Transportation to and from appointments/clinical trials/outpatient
treatment

Protecting Your Confidentiality
To protect the confidentiality of applicants, the grants are administered and
awarded by AccessMED, an independent organization that specializes in these
types of programs. AccessMED will review and process all grant applications. CSL Behring does not have access to any of the applicant's personal information, nor do we have input as to who receives grants.
